Breach Case Study

Conduct research in the online library related to a successful breach of a healthcare organization. In a two to three page APA formatted paper analyze the breach and provide the following: an overview of the hack, a description of what type of information was accessed, how many individuals were impacted, and what, if anything, did the organization do as a result. Considering the potential negative consequences on patient care, was the response adequate and timely? Also include a summary as to whether or not the breach could have been avoided.
